Everwell client standards

Confidence begins
before the visit.

Everwell is a professionally managed residential documentation team. Every Everwell employee has completed a background check, and every appointment begins with a clear plan, a limited scope, and respect for the home and records entrusted to us.

A standard for in-home appointments

Background-checked
team.

Every Everwell employee has completed a background check. Our team works across Chicago’s North Shore under one shared client standard.

Before any visit, you will know which Everwell team members are arriving, what will be documented, and the boundaries of the agreed scope.

A considered standard

Private homes deserve
clear expectations.

01

Background-checked team

Every Everwell employee has completed a background check.

02

Known before the visit

Before an appointment, clients receive a clear visit plan: the date, expected window, attending Everwell team members, and agreed scope.

03

Documentation with boundaries

Photography and notes are limited to the rooms, items, and records included in the engagement. Areas outside the agreed scope are not intentionally recorded.

04

Client-directed privacy

Private records and residence imagery are never used as marketing material without separate written permission. Sharing with advisers or family happens only with client direction.

How a visit is prepared

Calm, clear,
and personal.

There is no generic checklist dropped into a private home. Each visit is shaped around the residence, the people who live there, and the purpose of the record.

  1. 01

    A quiet introduction

We begin with a short conversation about the residence, your priorities, and the details that matter now.

  2. 02

    A confirmed plan

Before the visit, the scope and practical arrangements are confirmed so you know what to expect.

  3. 03

    Thoughtful documentation

The appointment moves deliberately through the agreed areas, with attention to both the household and its routines.

  4. 04

    A record for you

The finished archive is prepared for your own stewardship and, only when you choose, for the trusted advisers you designate.

Useful because it is selective

Private information
stays private.

Everwell does not need—and should not collect—passwords, alarm credentials, safe combinations, financial account numbers, or recovery codes. The archive records the household details that are useful for reference while leaving secrets in the places designed to protect them.
