A residence archive can contain deeply personal information. Everwell’s approach is to collect deliberately, use narrowly, and share only with direction.
01
Information collected
Everwell collects only the information reasonably needed to discuss, scope, perform, and deliver the requested service. This may include contact information, residence details, photographs, item descriptions, identifying numbers, receipts, provenance, and records voluntarily provided by the client.
02
Purpose and use
Client information is used to prepare and maintain the requested residence archive, communicate about the engagement, and provide agreed updates. Everwell does not sell client information or use private residence imagery for advertising without separate written permission.
03
Client-directed sharing
The archive belongs to the client. Information is shared with insurance, legal, estate, family, or other advisers only when the client directs or authorizes that sharing, except where disclosure is required by law.
04
Care inside the residence
Photography and documentation are limited to the agreed scope. Areas and items outside that scope are not intentionally recorded. Everwell works by appointment and seeks to minimize disruption to household routines.
05
Retention and updates
Consultation inquiries are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage the prospective engagement. For client archives, the appropriate delivery, retention, and update approach is discussed as part of the engagement. Clients should maintain their own secure copies and notify Everwell when records should be updated or corrected.
06
Professional boundaries
Everwell documents personal property for recordkeeping purposes. It does not provide appraisals, valuations, insurance adjusting, legal advice, security assessments, or guarantees that documentation will satisfy a particular claim or proceeding.
This page describes Everwell’s service practices in plain language and is not a substitute for engagement-specific terms. Last updated September 30, 2026.
